The flat is located in the center of Venice in a favourable, peaceful and convenient position, very close to (but conveniently set apart from) the main roads, particoularly pressed up in the best touristic periods. Immediatly it's possible to reach St. Marcus "Mercerie" the boutiques road. Two minutes far from the flat there's Rialto bridge (where stops the "vaporetto" coming from Piazzale Roma Autopark or Railway Station) and St. Marcus Square with its basilica, bell tower and the Doge's Palace.
Even when (particoularly in Autumn) there's the high water the flat is reachable without problems and the round zone is quite walkable. A furnished supermarket is only five minutes far.

A window of the flat's sight looks on a small and quote channel, attended mostly by gondolas.

The big windows with a key looks on the channel too. The sofa on the right is transformable in a comfortable double bed.

The floor is made with marlbe. It's quite high and protect from high water, tipically frequent in Autumn.

The flat is wide luminous. the sleeping zone is easily divisible by the living room by a nice spearč made with glass. Geting the table close to the big window you'll be able to have breakfast, lunch or dinner with the romantic sight on the channel.

The flat's kitchen is complete and well furnished (fridge, micro-waves oven, dishes, covers, pots, etc.). On the left, the small but efficient private bath.

Atmosphere is made precious by the quiteness of the position and by the presence of the channel.

All necessary for breakfast, lunch or dinner is in wide cupboards over the cooking-plan.  Space has been optimizied for your best welcome and comfort.

The flat has been furnished following the typical Venetian taste. On the floor, ancient picures and tapestry. drawers and wardrobes (with beddings and towels) are avaiable.
